【摘要】：從煤粉自燃爆炸的機(jī)理和條件方面分析磨煤系統(tǒng)爆炸事故的根源,對磨煤系統(tǒng)煤粉自燃爆炸預(yù)警技術(shù)、煤粉自燃與爆炸防控技術(shù)等工程技術(shù)、控制管理措施現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對磨煤系統(tǒng)自燃爆炸防控技術(shù)措施提出展望,將對現(xiàn)代大型制粉系統(tǒng)的安全運行起到一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the root causes of the explosion accident of pulverized coal spontaneous combustion system from the aspects of the mechanism and conditions of pulverized coal spontaneous combustion explosion, summarizes the engineering technologies such as early warning technology of pulverized coal spontaneous combustion explosion, pulverized coal spontaneous combustion and explosion prevention and control technology, and the present situation of control measures, and puts forward some prospects for the technical measures of spontaneous combustion explosion prevention and control of coal grinding system, which will play a certain guiding and reference role in the safe operation of modern large-scale pulverized coal system.
