【摘要】：正2015年9月29日,國(guó)務(wù)院安委會(huì)專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)委員會(huì)應(yīng)急管理專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)第一次全體會(huì)議在北京順利召開(kāi)。國(guó)務(wù)院安委會(huì)專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)委員會(huì)主任王德學(xué)同志蒞臨會(huì)議并作重要講話(huà)。會(huì)議由國(guó)務(wù)院安委會(huì)專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)委員會(huì)副主任、應(yīng)急管理專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)主任梁嘉琨同志主持,并宣布了應(yīng)急管理專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)組成人員和分組情況,將分為煤礦、非煤礦山與冶金、交通建筑、消防與石油石化、煙花爆竹等5個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)工作組開(kāi)展相關(guān)工作。應(yīng)急管理專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)辦公室設(shè)在中國(guó)安科院,由張興凱院長(zhǎng)兼任辦公室主任。
[Abstract]:On September 29, 2015, the first plenary meeting of the Emergency Management Committee of the expert Advisory Committee of the Security Committee of the State Council was successfully held in Beijing. Comrade Wang Dexue, director of the expert Advisory Committee of the Security Committee of the State Council, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Liang Jiakun, deputy director of the expert Advisory Committee of the Security Committee of the State Council and director of the emergency management professional committee, and announced the composition and grouping of the emergency management professional committee. The meeting will be divided into five professional working groups, such as coal mine, non-coal mine mountains and metallurgy, traffic construction, fire control and petroleum petrochemical, fireworks and firecrackers. The Office of the Emergency Management Committee is located in the Chinese Academy of Safety Sciences, and President Zhang Xingkai is also the director of the office.
