不同瓦斯壓力原煤全應(yīng)力應(yīng)變過程中滲透特性研究

【摘要】:煤炭地下開采過程中,常會(huì)遇到不同瓦斯賦存壓力和三維受力狀態(tài)等復(fù)雜條件下的煤巖體瓦斯?jié)B透問題,為系統(tǒng)探究其瓦斯?jié)B透規(guī)律,利用改進(jìn)的MTS815 Flex Test GT巖石力學(xué)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),開展了原煤三軸壓縮全過程滲透試驗(yàn),對不同瓦斯壓力原煤三軸壓縮全過程中滲透特性進(jìn)行了探討,分析了煤巖變形破壞過程中其瓦斯?jié)B透特性,以及不同瓦斯壓力下煤巖的瓦斯?jié)B透特性。結(jié)果表明:煤巖瓦斯?jié)B透率-應(yīng)變曲線與煤巖三軸壓縮全應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線具有很好的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,其瓦斯?jié)B透率隨加載變形破壞呈先減小后增大趨勢,在峰前70%~85%應(yīng)力水平時(shí)達(dá)到最小值,煤巖瓦斯?jié)B透率在應(yīng)力峰值附近時(shí)均有不同程度的急劇上升;另一方面,煤巖瓦斯?jié)B透率和瓦斯流量隨瓦斯壓力的升高呈先增加后減小的趨勢,瓦斯壓力為1 MPa時(shí)達(dá)到最大值,在1~3 MPa時(shí),煤巖具有較好的滲透能力,針對現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況,通過類似分析,設(shè)定合理的抽采負(fù)壓區(qū)間,從而保證煤與瓦斯共采安全高效進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:In the process of underground coal mining, the gas permeability of coal and rock mass under complex conditions such as different gas occurrence pressure and three-dimensional stress state is often encountered. In order to systematically explore the gas permeability law, the whole process permeability test of raw coal triaxial compression is carried out by using the improved MTS815 Flex Test GT rock mechanics test system, and the permeability characteristics of raw coal in the whole process of triaxial compression are discussed. The gas permeability characteristics of coal and rock in the process of deformation and failure are analyzed, as well as the gas permeability characteristics of coal and rock under different gas pressure. The results show that the gas permeability-strain curve of coal and rock has a good correspondence with the full stress-strain curve of triaxial compression of coal and rock. The gas permeability decreases at first and then increases with the failure of loading deformation, and reaches the minimum value at 70% 鈮,
