礦用可移動式救生艙爆炸載荷下的結(jié)構(gòu)強度研究

【摘要】:目前,我國的能源消費以煤炭為主,其產(chǎn)量占世界總產(chǎn)量的40%。隨著煤炭開采量的逐年增多,煤礦安全問題顯得尤為突出,特大事故頻發(fā),造成了大量人員傷亡。因此,對煤礦安全的深入研究和有效防范已迫在眉睫。 緊急避險設(shè)施——作為最有效的煤礦安全設(shè)備,在減少人員傷亡事故中起到了關(guān)鍵作用。其中可移動式救生艙是應用最為廣泛的,不論在保護井下遇險人員的生命安全方面,還是抵御外界瓦斯爆炸、坍塌等災害的破壞方面都起著十分重要的作用。 本文主要研究礦用可移動式救生艙在瓦斯爆炸載荷下的結(jié)構(gòu)強度。首先,以煤礦中常用的KJYF96/8型礦用可移動式救生艙為基準模型,運用SolidWorks軟件建立救生艙的三維實體模型。 其次,選取國內(nèi)煤礦常用的直墻拱形巷道,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元軟件對瓦斯爆炸過程進行模擬計算,獲得瓦斯爆炸沖擊波在巷道內(nèi)的傳播規(guī)律。 再次,本文采用有限元模擬仿真方法,基于瓦斯爆炸沖擊波在巷道內(nèi)的傳播規(guī)律,,運用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元軟件對基準模型KJYF96/8型礦用可移動式救生艙進行了瓦斯爆炸載荷下的仿真計算,并對救生艙結(jié)構(gòu)應力、位移計算結(jié)果進行分析,評價了該救生艙的可靠性。 最后改變基準模型KJYF96/8型礦用可移動式救生艙的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),分別對其進行有限元模擬仿真。分析救生艙的應力、位移隨其縱筋間距、環(huán)筋數(shù)量和加強筋型號改變的變化規(guī)律,為KJYF96/8型號礦用可移動式救生艙的結(jié)構(gòu)改進提出合理化建議。
[Abstract]:At present, China's energy consumption is mainly coal, its output accounts for 40% of the world's total output. With the increase of coal mining volume year by year, the problem of coal mine safety is particularly prominent, and serious accidents occur frequently, resulting in a large number of casualties. Therefore, the in-depth study and effective prevention of coal mine safety is urgent. Emergency shelter, as the most effective coal mine safety equipment, plays a key role in reducing casualties. Among them, movable lifebuoy is the most widely used, which plays a very important role in protecting the lives of people in distress, or in resisting the damage of external gas explosion, collapse and other disasters. In this paper, the structural strength of mine movable lifebuoy under gas explosion load is studied. Firstly, based on the KJYF96/ 8 movable lifebuoy commonly used in coal mines, the three-dimensional solid model of the lifebuoy is established by using SolidWorks software. Secondly, the straight wall arch roadway commonly used in domestic coal mines is selected, and the gas explosion process is simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software, and the propagation law of gas explosion shock wave in the roadway is obtained. Thirdly, based on the propagation law of gas explosion shock wave in roadway, this paper uses ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software to simulate and calculate the reference model KJYF96/ 8 mine movable lifecabin under gas explosion load, and analyzes the calculation results of stress and displacement of lifecabin structure, and evaluates the reliability of the lifecabin. Finally, the structural parameters of the reference model KJYF96/ 8 mine movable lifebuoy are changed, and the finite element simulation is carried out respectively. This paper analyzes the variation of stress and displacement of lifebuoy with the change of longitudinal reinforcement spacing, the number of ring tendons and the type of reinforcement, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the improvement of the structure of movable lifebuoy of KJYF96/8 model.
