新型礦井移動式局部降溫技術(shù)及應用

【摘要】:針對礦井采掘工作面的高溫現(xiàn)象,結(jié)合礦井采掘方式和采煤工藝過程,分析了礦井產(chǎn)生熱害的原因,提出了新型移動式井下局部降溫技術(shù),介紹了TS-300B型移動式局部制冷降溫系統(tǒng)工作原理,即利用井下巷道的冷卻空氣,通過制冷、壓縮以及冷凝等措施將熱量傳遞給冷卻水,并通過通風機將冷風吹向工作面,冷熱交換不斷循環(huán),從而達到降低采掘進工作面高溫。通過在鄭州李糧店煤礦的應用實踐表明,根據(jù)檢測現(xiàn)場降溫前后的參數(shù)比較,該移動式井下局部降溫技術(shù)降溫效果明顯,采掘工作面的溫度可降低至26℃左右,相對濕度也相應降低了10%~20%,有利于消除礦井熱害,符合井下安全生產(chǎn)的要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the high temperature phenomenon in mine mining face, combined with mine mining mode and coal mining process, this paper analyzes on the causes of thermal damage in mine, puts forward a new type of mobile underground local cooling technology, and introduces the working principle of TS- 300B mobile local refrigeration cooling system, that is, the heat is transferred to cooling water by means of cooling air in underground roadway, such as refrigeration, compression and condensation, etc. Through the ventilator, the cold air is blown to the working face, and the cold and heat exchange is constantly circulating, so as to reduce the high temperature of the mining face. The application practice in Liliangdian Coal Mine of Zhengzhou shows that according to the parameters before and after the detection site cooling, the cooling effect of the mobile underground local cooling technology is obvious, the temperature of the mining face can be reduced to about 26 鈩,
