長(zhǎng)平煤礦原煤瓦斯含量與瓦斯壓力對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)煤層瓦斯壓力和瓦斯含量預(yù)測(cè)區(qū)域突出危險(xiǎn)性的時(shí)候存在瓦斯壓力和瓦斯含量指標(biāo)不匹配的問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致結(jié)果差異較大,為此,論文通過(guò)研究原煤瓦斯含量及瓦斯壓力的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系來(lái)確定長(zhǎng)平煤礦的區(qū)域預(yù)測(cè)瓦斯含量臨界值。論文利用研制的高壓吸附煤樣密封罐,在采樣點(diǎn)施工鉆孔采集煤樣,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行壓力恢復(fù)測(cè)試,并結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室高壓吸附實(shí)驗(yàn),研究原煤瓦斯含量與瓦斯壓力的關(guān)系。通過(guò)研究不同水分分布條件下吸附平衡時(shí)的瓦斯含量與瓦斯壓力關(guān)系,建立了不同水分區(qū)間瓦斯壓力與瓦斯含量關(guān)系模型,綜合分析了瓦斯壓力和瓦斯含量的關(guān)系,獲得了長(zhǎng)平煤礦3號(hào)煤層原煤瓦斯壓力與瓦斯含量的兩條臨界曲線(xiàn),以此確定了長(zhǎng)平煤礦3號(hào)煤層瓦斯含量預(yù)測(cè)突出臨界域?yàn)閇10.22m~3/t,16.58m~3/t]。在考慮到煤層水分賦存的不均衡性、煤層瓦斯吸附的復(fù)雜性和試驗(yàn)樣本的局限性的基礎(chǔ)上,將其臨界域下限10.22 m~3/t取1.1倍的安全系數(shù)即9.3 m~3/t作為長(zhǎng)平煤礦3號(hào)煤層瓦斯含量預(yù)測(cè)煤層突出危險(xiǎn)性臨界值。
[Abstract]:There is a mismatch between gas pressure and gas content index when coal seam gas pressure and gas content predict regional outburst risk, which leads to great difference in results. Therefore, by studying the corresponding relationship between raw coal gas content and gas pressure, the critical value of regional predicted gas content in Changping Coal Mine is determined. In this paper, the high pressure adsorption coal sample sealing tank is used to collect the coal samples in the drilling hole at the sampling point, and the pressure recovery test is carried out on the spot. Combined with the laboratory high pressure adsorption experiment, the relationship between the raw coal gas content and the gas pressure is studied. By studying the relationship between gas content and gas pressure in adsorption equilibrium under different water distribution conditions, the relationship models between gas pressure and gas content in different water regions are established, the relationship between gas pressure and gas content is comprehensively analyzed, and two critical curves of gas pressure and gas content in No. 3 coal seam of Changping Coal Mine are obtained. Based on this, the critical area of gas content prediction in No. 3 coal seam of Changping Coal Mine is determined to be [10.22 m 3 t, 16.58 m 3].
