氣水噴霧降塵系統(tǒng)在采煤機(jī)上的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)綜采工作面?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的噴霧降塵措施存在的易堵塞、霧化效果差、覆蓋范圍小等不足,提出了一套防堵塞,易安裝的氣水噴霧降塵系統(tǒng)。分析了氣水噴嘴的霧化原理,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)確定了單個(gè)噴嘴最佳霧化效果的氣水壓力比,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì)了氣水噴霧模塊及過(guò)濾系統(tǒng),并在綜采面采煤機(jī)安裝應(yīng)用,取得了良好的降塵效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the shortcomings of traditional spray dust reduction measures in fully mechanized mining face, such as easy blockage, poor atomization effect and small coverage, a set of gas-water spray dust reduction system with anti-blockage and easy installation is put forward. The atomization principle of gas-water nozzle is analyzed, the gas-water pressure ratio of the best atomization effect of single nozzle is determined by experiment, the gas-water spray module and filtration system are designed according to the actual situation in the field, and installed and applied in fully mechanized shearer. Good dust reduction effect has been obtained.
