煤礦乏風(fēng)瓦斯變壓吸附仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:以實(shí)驗(yàn)室搭建的雙塔變壓吸附裝置為基礎(chǔ),以Aspen Adsorption為操作平臺,通過擬合相關(guān)參數(shù),搭建了變壓吸附裝置富集分離煤礦乏風(fēng)瓦斯的仿真模型,探究吸附時(shí)間與解吸時(shí)間對解吸氣甲烷濃度的影響。結(jié)果表明,仿真模擬能較好地模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)情況,可以利用Aspen Adsorption輔助設(shè)計(jì)變壓吸附富集分離煤礦乏風(fēng)瓦斯,為氣體分離提供理論與實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意見,節(jié)省資源與能源。
[Abstract]:Based on the double-tower PSA device built by the laboratory and the Aspen Adsorption as the operating platform, the simulation model of the PSA device for enrichment and separation of off-air gas in coal mine was established by fitting relevant parameters, and the effect of adsorption time and desorption time on the concentration of desorption methane was investigated. The results show that the simulation can simulate the experimental situation well. It can use Aspen Adsorption to design the pressure swing adsorption to collect and separate the gas in coal mine, provide theoretical and practical guidance for gas separation, save resources and energy.
