棋盤井礦綜采工作面煤層注水工藝研究

【摘要】:針對棋盤井礦綜采工作面粉塵危害嚴(yán)重的情況,對該礦Ⅰ020902工作面進(jìn)行了煤層注水試驗,從煤的原有水分含量、孔隙率、自然吸水率、堅固性系數(shù)4個方面對該礦煤層是否適合注水進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗分析。為了取得更好的除塵效果,從鉆孔參數(shù)、注水參數(shù)、封孔技術(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化對比,F(xiàn)場試驗結(jié)果表明,在注水壓力7 MPa、鉆孔間距15 m、單孔注水量370 m~3、注水流量2.1 m~3/h、單孔注水時間8 d、同時注水鉆孔數(shù)量3個,以及用水泥—水玻璃封孔、封孔深度8 m時,煤層注水除塵效果較好,工作面全塵降塵率能達(dá)到86.38%,呼吸性粉塵降塵率能達(dá)到75.94%。
