定向長鉆孔超前疏放頂板水技術(shù)在棗泉煤礦的應用

【摘要】:棗泉煤礦是我國西北侏羅系頂板裂隙水害典型代表礦井,主要受頂板直羅組砂巖含水層威脅,且存在大量燒變巖水,嚴重影響礦井正常生產(chǎn)。為了解決常規(guī)鉆孔疏放頂板水時存在的施工工期和疏放周期長等問題,在11202工作面形成前,采用隨鉆測量定向鉆進技術(shù)施工的定向長鉆孔及分支孔對頂板直羅組砂巖含水層和燒變巖水進行了超前疏放,共完成4個定向長鉆孔和5個分支孔,總進尺2589m,最大鉆孔深度603m,單孔最大瞬時放水量64.8m~3/h,疏放周期三個月時共放水57440m~3,解除了頂板水害隱患,減少了工作面準備時間,確保了巷道掘進和工作面回采的安全。
