不同粒度軟煤與硬煤吸附性能差異性研究

【摘要】:為了研究不同粒度軟硬煤的吸附性能差異,進行實驗室模擬實驗,采用高壓容量法測定不同粒度軟硬煤的吸附量和吸附常數(shù),擬合出吸附等溫曲線,分析了軟硬煤的吸附性能差異性隨粒度的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:隨著粒度的減小軟硬煤吸附常數(shù)a值均增大,增大的趨勢隨著粒度的減小而減小。軟煤在0.1 mm的粒度達到最大吸附量,而硬煤卻在0.20~0.25 mm粒度時產(chǎn)生最大吸附量。粒度1~3 mm軟煤的吸附等溫曲線始終在硬煤之上,當粒度為0.20~0.25 mm和0.1 mm時硬煤和軟煤的吸附等溫線有1個交點,硬煤的吸附量反超了軟煤。比較軟硬煤吸附差值,發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著粒度的減小,軟硬煤吸附量差距減小。
[Abstract]:In order to study the difference of adsorption properties of soft and hard coal with different particle sizes, laboratory simulation experiments were carried out. The adsorption capacity and adsorption constant of soft and hard coal with different particle sizes were measured by high pressure volume method, and the adsorption isotherms were fitted. The variation of adsorption properties of soft and hard coal with particle size was analyzed. The results show that the adsorption constant a of soft and hard coal increases with the decrease of particle size, and the increasing trend decreases with the decrease of particle size. The particle size of soft coal reaches the maximum adsorption capacity at 0.1 mm, while that of hard coal produces the maximum adsorption capacity when the particle size is 0.20 鈮,
