基于ZigBee的井下人員監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:煤炭是我國重要的基礎(chǔ)能源。近年來,隨著煤礦開采規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大、工作強(qiáng)度的增加,使得井下開采危險(xiǎn)系數(shù)依然居高不下,礦難事故時(shí)有發(fā)生。若能夠掌握井下人員的實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)分布信息,在對(duì)預(yù)防突發(fā)事故和實(shí)施災(zāi)后救援上產(chǎn)生重大意義。因此,研究可靠的井下人員定位監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)是十分重要的。 本文在深入研究了ZigBee無線通信技術(shù),分析了其技術(shù)規(guī)范及特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)現(xiàn)有井下通信技術(shù)深刻比較,得出利用ZigBee技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)井下人員監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的可行性及其優(yōu)勢。通過對(duì)ZigBee無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)定位技術(shù)深入分析和對(duì)各類型主要定位算法的深刻比較后,提出以TI公司CC2430/CC2431芯片為監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)核心,以RSSI算法進(jìn)行定位計(jì)算,設(shè)計(jì)基于ZigBee的井下人員監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。論文在詳細(xì)闡述了系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及定位監(jiān)測原理后,通過IAR Embedded Workbench開發(fā)平臺(tái)、ZigBee2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)無線定位應(yīng)用Profile,分別對(duì)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中的網(wǎng)關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)、參考節(jié)點(diǎn)和定位節(jié)點(diǎn)的硬件電路、軟件程序及相關(guān)工作流程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)搭建、調(diào)試和配置之后,在上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件Z-Location上進(jìn)行測試,實(shí)現(xiàn)定位節(jié)點(diǎn)實(shí)時(shí)定位監(jiān)測顯示。 系統(tǒng)通過大量實(shí)驗(yàn),得到了較為理想的監(jiān)測效果,,證明該設(shè)計(jì)的可行性;實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果擁有較高的定位精度,達(dá)到課題研究要求,具有一定理論價(jià)值和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Coal is an important basic energy source in our country. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of coal mining scale and the increase of working intensity, the risk coefficient of underground mining is still high, and mine accidents occur from time to time. If we can master the real-time dynamic distribution information of underground personnel, it will be of great significance to the prevention of emergencies and the implementation of post-disaster rescue. Therefore, it is very important to study a reliable underground personnel positioning and monitoring system. On the basis of deeply studying ZigBee wireless communication technology and analyzing its technical specifications and characteristics, this paper compares the existing underground communication technology deeply, and obtains the feasibility and advantages of using ZigBee technology to realize downhole personnel monitoring system. Through the deep analysis of ZigBee wireless network positioning technology and the deep comparison of various types of main positioning algorithms, this paper puts forward that the CC2430/CC2431 chip of TI company is used as the core of the monitoring system, and the RSSI algorithm is used for positioning calculation. A downhole personnel monitoring system based on ZigBee is designed. After expounding the overall architecture design and positioning monitoring principle of the system in detail, through IAR Embedded Workbench development platform and ZigBee2006 standard wireless positioning application Profile, the hardware circuits of gateway node, reference node and positioning node in the monitoring system are respectively described in this paper. The software program and related workflow are designed in detail. After the system is built, debugged and configured, the system is tested on the upper computer monitoring software Z-Location to realize the real-time positioning and monitoring display of the positioning node. Through a large number of experiments, the system obtains the ideal monitoring effect, which proves the feasibility of the design, and the experimental results have high positioning accuracy, meet the requirements of the subject research, and have certain theoretical value and application value.
