霧天環(huán)境下高速公路行車安全與預(yù)警技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來,全國高速公路交通事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展在產(chǎn)生顯著的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時也帶來了大量的交通事故,且長期居高不下。特別是在霧天情況下的行車安全問題逐漸成為制約高速公路帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的瓶頸。因此,研究霧天高速公路交通安全和預(yù)警技術(shù)提高高速公路在特殊天氣條件下的安全系數(shù),是高速公路路網(wǎng)日趨密集、機(jī)動車總量日益增加的大背景下的必然要求和必要準(zhǔn)備。本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)外對霧天高速公路交通管制的研究現(xiàn)狀,借鑒國內(nèi)外的先進(jìn)科研成果,吸取相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),分別從理論、技術(shù)、管理三個層面對問題進(jìn)行研究分析。 本文從分析霧的定義和分類入手,研究高速公路沿線霧的形成機(jī)理及時空分布規(guī)律特征。分別從霧天條件下的道路行車環(huán)境、交通流特征和駕駛員行為特性三個方面論述霧天對高速公路行車安全影響的機(jī)理。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合霧天環(huán)境下的車輛制動過程分析,建立了基于車輛安全跟馳間距的高速公路車速限制值計(jì)算模型,據(jù)此給出了對應(yīng)于不同程度霧條件下的車速限制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建議,并提出了相應(yīng)的交通安全行車建議。 對高速公路霧天安全預(yù)警系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,分析預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的各部分的組成及其功能,根據(jù)不同程度的霧對高速公路安全行車的影響將預(yù)警等級劃分為四個等級,,并針對不同的預(yù)警等級提出了相應(yīng)的交通組織管理方案。對霧天環(huán)境下高速公路固定標(biāo)志和臨時標(biāo)志的設(shè)置進(jìn)行了研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the continuous development of highway transportation in China has not only produced remarkable social and economic benefits, but also brought a large number of traffic accidents, and remained high for a long time. Especially under the condition of fog, the problem of driving safety has gradually become the bottleneck that restricts the economic benefit of expressway. Therefore, it is necessary and necessary to study the traffic safety and early warning technology of Fudan Expressway to improve the safety factor of expressway under special weather conditions, which is the inevitable requirement and necessary preparation under the background of the increasingly dense highway network and the increasing total amount of motor vehicles. Based on the research status of traffic control of Fudan Expressway at home and abroad, this paper draws lessons from the advanced scientific research results at home and abroad, absorbs the advanced experience in related fields, and studies and analyzes the problems from three aspects: theory, technology and management. In this paper, the definition and classification of fog are analyzed, and the formation mechanism and spatial distribution characteristics of fog along expressway are studied. This paper discusses the mechanism of the influence of fog on highway traffic safety from three aspects: road driving environment, traffic flow characteristics and driver behavior characteristics under fog conditions. On this basis, combined with the analysis of vehicle braking process in foggy environment, a calculation model of highway speed limit value based on vehicle safety following distance is established. Based on this, the suggestions of speed limit standard corresponding to different fog conditions are given, and the corresponding traffic safety driving suggestions are put forward. This paper studies the foggy safety early warning system of expressway, analyzes the composition and function of each part of the early warning system, and divides the early warning grade into four grades according to the influence of different degrees of fog on the safe driving of expressway. According to different early warning levels, the corresponding traffic organization and management scheme is put forward. The setting of fixed signs and temporary signs of expressway in foggy environment is studied.
