煤礦坑道分體鉆機(jī)履帶驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:對(duì)分體式煤礦坑道鉆機(jī)履帶化改進(jìn)進(jìn)行了研究,提出了采用單泵閥控流量分配系統(tǒng)解決方案,給出了閥控流量分配系統(tǒng)的基本原理,利用AMESim軟件分析及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究分析閥控流量分配系統(tǒng)對(duì)煤礦井下坑道鉆機(jī)行走負(fù)載適應(yīng)性影響,并通過(guò)與其他流量分配系統(tǒng)對(duì)比,得出閥控流量分配系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦井下坑道鉆機(jī)行走回路負(fù)載獨(dú)立流量分配的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the crawler improvement of split coal mine tunnel drilling rig is studied, the solution of single pump valve controlled flow distribution system is put forward, and the basic principle of valve controlled flow distribution system is given. By using AMESim software analysis and field experiment, the influence of valve-controlled flow distribution system on the load adaptability of underground tunnel drilling rig in coal mine is analyzed and analyzed, and compared with other flow distribution systems. It is concluded that the valve controlled flow distribution system can realize the independent flow distribution of the load in the walking loop of the underground tunnel drilling rig in coal mine.
