礦用本質安全型水位冗余測量傳感器的研究與設計

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)投入式水位傳感器在惡劣測量環(huán)境時容易出現污泥堵塞和進水故障等現象,設計了一種礦用本質安全型水位冗余測量傳感器,介紹了該傳感器采用壓差信號和電容信號兩種測量方式的雙重功能一體化結構,闡述了該傳感器信號處理的電路組成。實驗結果表明,該傳感器適用于對水位測量有嚴格要求的各種重要場合,具有可靠性高、結構緊湊和安裝方便等優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the traditional input water level sensor is prone to sludge blockage and influent fault in harsh measuring environment, a mine intrinsically safe water level redundant measuring sensor is designed. This paper introduces the dual functional integration structure of the sensor, which adopts two measuring methods of voltage difference signal and capacitance signal, and expounds the circuit composition of the signal processing of the sensor. The experimental results show that the sensor is suitable for all kinds of important occasions with strict requirements for water level measurement, and has the advantages of high reliability, compact structure and convenient installation.
