220kV變電站電暈噪聲抑制技術(shù)研究和應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:The corona discharge in substation will lead to the excessive level of power frequency electromagnetic field and radio interference in substation, which will cause noise and electromagnetic pollution to the surrounding environment and affect the residents' life and environmental evaluation of the project. Therefore, it is necessary to control the electric field and radio interference level in substations. According to the actual layout form and shape structure drawing of the related equipment and hardware, combined with the measured results of the substation corona, the influence of the phase between phases and the action of the surrounding charged conductor are considered at the same time. The three dimensional electric field simulation model of the typical discharge position in 220kV substation is established by using the finite element software ANSYS. The electric field distribution on the surface of the metal tool is calculated, and the maximum value and the distribution rule of the electric field on the surface are obtained. According to the calculation results, the structure, size and parameters of the metal tool are optimized, and the corona noise suppression measures are put forward. The simulation results show that the electric field distribution distortion of the metal is greatly improved and the maximum surface field strength decreases to less than 3 000 V/mm after the optimization and suppression measures are taken. The research results provide an important reference for the design of anti-corona and noise reduction in substations, and provide a basis for the construction of green power grids and substations.
