細(xì)水霧粒度與流量對(duì)瓦斯爆炸下限的影響試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:通過自建的細(xì)水霧抑爆試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),分別測(cè)試了不同細(xì)水霧粒度、流量下瓦斯爆炸下限,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,從理論上分析了細(xì)水霧粒度、流量對(duì)瓦斯爆炸的抑制過程,發(fā)現(xiàn)細(xì)水霧與自由基碰撞銷毀在抑制瓦斯爆炸反應(yīng)中的作用比其它因素要小。通過分析得到了細(xì)水霧粒度、流量對(duì)瓦斯爆炸下限的影響規(guī)律:試驗(yàn)條件下,水霧粒度越小,水霧流量越大,瓦斯爆炸下限越高;水霧粒度參數(shù)在對(duì)瓦斯爆炸下限的影響中起主要作用,水霧流量參數(shù)起次要作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the self-built water mist explosion suppression test system, the different particle size of water mist and the lower limit of gas explosion under flow rate were tested respectively. According to the test results, the process of gas explosion suppression by water mist particle size and flow rate was analyzed theoretically. It is found that the collision destruction of water mist with free radicals plays a smaller role in inhibiting gas explosion reaction than other factors. The effects of fine water mist particle size and flow rate on the lower limit of gas explosion are obtained. The smaller the particle size of water mist is, the greater the water mist flow rate is, the higher the lower limit of gas explosion is. The particle size parameters of water mist play a main role in the influence of gas explosion lower limit, and the parameters of water mist flow rate play a secondary role.
