彩虹粉引燃危險(xiǎn)性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了研究彩虹粉引燃危險(xiǎn)性,應(yīng)用固體燃燒速率試驗(yàn)儀初步甄別了彩虹粉傳播燃燒能力,發(fā)現(xiàn)堆垛狀彩虹粉固體火焰?zhèn)鞑ノkU(xiǎn)性較低;采用粉塵爆炸篩選裝置,判定彩虹粉具有爆炸性;應(yīng)用最小點(diǎn)火能測(cè)定裝置測(cè)定彩虹粉粉塵云的最小點(diǎn)火能在24~60 m J之間,最優(yōu)爆炸濃度為1 167 g/m3;應(yīng)用快速篩選量熱儀測(cè)試,彩虹粉在227℃開(kāi)始分解;固體自燃點(diǎn)測(cè)試儀顯示彩虹粉在250℃附近會(huì)發(fā)生自燃。向彩虹粉內(nèi)添加不同比例相近粒徑分布的食用鹽粉體進(jìn)行抑爆研究,結(jié)果證明食用鹽對(duì)彩虹粉具有明顯的抑爆效果。
[Abstract]:In order to study the ignition hazard of rainbow powder, a solid combustion rate tester was used to screen the propagation and combustion ability of rainbow powder. It was found that the propagation risk of stacking rainbow powder solid flame was lower. A dust explosion screening device was used to determine the explosion of rainbow powder, and the minimum ignition energy of rainbow powder dust cloud was determined by the minimum ignition energy measurement device, the minimum ignition energy was between 24 and 60 MJ, and the optimal explosive concentration was 1 167 g / m3.
