客運(yùn)駕駛員疲勞駕駛監(jiān)管技術(shù)及政策研究

【摘要】:大量研究結(jié)果表明,駕駛員的駕駛行為與道路交通事故高度相關(guān),其中疲勞駕駛是交通事故的重要原因之一,因此,對(duì)疲勞駕駛的研究是治理道路交通事故可行的必要方案。本文試圖通過(guò)對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)客車(chē)駕駛員(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)客運(yùn)駕駛員)疲勞駕駛的基本特征及其形成過(guò)程的研究,開(kāi)發(fā)疲勞駕駛監(jiān)管技術(shù),并提出有關(guān)疲勞駕駛的管理措施和相關(guān)政策建議,進(jìn)一步預(yù)防和減少道路交通事故的發(fā)生。 1)綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外疲勞駕駛的相關(guān)研究技術(shù)與研究成果,分析了疲勞駕駛的形成過(guò)程及疲勞駕駛的癥狀、周期以及產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理,分析了疲勞駕駛的危害和不同疲勞程度下的駕駛員操作行為;在詳細(xì)討論感知疲勞、判斷疲勞和操作疲勞形成過(guò)程的基礎(chǔ)上,揭示了駕駛員疲勞后的生理、心理變化規(guī)律,,建立了一種基于駕駛員喚醒水平的疲勞駕駛生成模型。 2)從駕駛行為特征信息采集技術(shù)、駕駛行為分析方法等駕駛行為理論的應(yīng)用與研究方面進(jìn)行分析,形成疲勞駕駛表征指標(biāo)體系;通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)車(chē)輛及駕駛員監(jiān)管的軟硬件系統(tǒng),使用3G通信技術(shù),構(gòu)建了客運(yùn)駕駛員疲勞駕駛監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)功能涵蓋了對(duì)基于客車(chē)CAN總線系統(tǒng)采集的車(chē)輛運(yùn)行狀態(tài)信息、危險(xiǎn)狀態(tài)預(yù)警裝置發(fā)送的預(yù)警信息、GPS定位信息、遠(yuǎn)程視頻監(jiān)控信息在服務(wù)器端的接收、解析和處理,并可在該軟件系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行功能擴(kuò)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)客運(yùn)駕駛員疲勞駕駛的監(jiān)管技術(shù)。 3)通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外疲勞駕駛監(jiān)管政策的對(duì)比研究,結(jié)合疲勞駕駛的特征,提出了客運(yùn)駕駛員疲勞駕駛的監(jiān)管政策建議。
[Abstract]:A large number of research results show that driver's driving behavior is highly related to road traffic accidents, and fatigue driving is one of the important reasons of traffic accidents. Therefore, the research on fatigue driving is a feasible and necessary scheme to control road traffic accidents. Based on the study of the basic characteristics of fatigue driving and its formation process, this paper attempts to develop the fatigue driving supervision technology, and puts forward the management measures and relevant policy suggestions on fatigue driving. Further prevent and reduce the occurrence of road traffic accidents. The main contents are as follows: 1) the related research techniques and achievements of fatigue driving at home and abroad are reviewed, and the forming process of fatigue driving, the symptoms, cycle and mechanism of fatigue driving are analyzed. The harm of fatigue driving and the operation behavior of drivers in different fatigue degree are analyzed. Based on the detailed discussion of perceived fatigue, judging the formation process of fatigue and operating fatigue, this paper reveals the physiological and psychological changes of drivers after fatigue, and establishes a fatigue driving generation model based on the level of driver awakening. 2) from the aspects of the application and research of driving behavior theory, such as the information collection technology of driving behavior characteristics, driving behavior analysis method and so on, the index system of fatigue driving characterization is formed. By designing the hardware and software system of vehicle and driver supervision and using 3G communication technology, a passenger driver fatigue driving monitoring system is constructed. The function of the system covers the information of vehicle running status based on bus CAN bus system. The early warning information sent by the dangerous state warning device, the GPS positioning information, the remote video monitoring information receiving, parsing and processing on the server side, and can carry on the function expansion on the basis of the software system. Realizes the passenger transport driver fatigue driving supervision technology. 3) based on the comparative study of domestic and foreign regulatory policies on fatigue driving, and combining with the characteristics of fatigue driving, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the supervision and control of fatigue driving of passenger drivers.
