手持式煤體溫度探測(cè)儀的研發(fā)及其應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:The coal spontaneous combustion in China is serious, and it has long been a serious threat to the safe production of the coal mine and the economic benefit of the mine. Under the common action of the mass storage environment, air leakage power and strength of the loose coal body in the tunnel and the distribution of the oxygen in the loose coal, the high temperature is often present in the coal pillars such as the tunnel deformation and the fluctuation zone, the cross stress concentration area of the tunnel, and so on, thus leading to the spontaneous combustion fire of the coal. Through the measurement of the high temperature point in the early coal wall, the early warning of the spontaneous combustion fire of the loose coal body in the tunnel is realized, and the temperature parameter of the early stage of the spontaneous combustion of the coal is effectively monitored so as to prevent and control the occurrence of the spontaneous combustion fire of the coal body in the tunnel. In this paper, the mechanism of spontaneous combustion fire of the coal body in the tunnel and the research of the prediction and prediction technology are reviewed in the paper. On this basis, based on the research of the related technology, combining with the new generation of single-chip computer and the electronic technology of the chip with high integration level, it is improved and finished in the aspects of electronic component selection, selection of temperature sensor type, digital chip and other hardware circuits It is good to use the Protel99SE software for the hardware circuit design and the wiring of the PCB board, program the source program with the Keil uvision2 software, and the STC-ISP software to download the source program to the designed hardware circuit and fine-tune the temperature detector in the lab An instrument adapted to detect the temperature of a coal body is developed and finally, the new coal body temperature detector is developed and developed, and on-site application is carried out in a coal mine as a pilot, so that the collection of the temperature information of the coal body in the tunnel is realized, and the accurate real-time data and the change development trend of the temperature of the coal body are obtained The prediction and prediction of the spontaneous combustion of coal in the coal seam plays a better leading role in the prediction and prediction of the spontaneous combustion of coal in the coal seam, and the reliable anti-fire-extinguishing temperature parameter is provided.
