【摘要】：安全是保障我國鐵路事業(yè)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。數(shù)據(jù)顯示,近年來發(fā)生的鐵路交通事故仍然較多,安全狀況不容樂觀。基于鐵路司機在鐵路交通事故中的關(guān)鍵位置以及家庭安全氛圍對駕駛行為的影響作用,本文以鐵路司機為研究對象,重點探究了中國情境下家庭安全氛圍的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)并研究家庭安全氛圍對安全駕駛行為的影響作用。通過對家庭安全氛圍、安全駕駛行為及鐵路司機相關(guān)成果的總結(jié),結(jié)合調(diào)研訪談的具體內(nèi)容,設(shè)計了家庭安全氛圍測量題目。經(jīng)過兩次量表調(diào)研及運用因子分析等方法對調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)的處理,成功開發(fā)了鐵路司機家庭安全氛圍量,構(gòu)建了家庭安全氛圍的三維度結(jié)構(gòu),包括安全交流、安全承諾、安全意識。以趙永等(2014)開發(fā)的安全駕駛行為量表為基礎(chǔ),通過量表修訂,驗證了鐵路司機安全駕駛行為的三維度結(jié)構(gòu),包括操作安全、個人防護、不良衛(wèi)生習慣。運用相關(guān)、回歸分析等方法,探究了鐵路司機家庭安全氛圍對安全駕駛行為的影響作用,得到:安全承諾與安全意識均對操作安全有顯著的正向預(yù)測作用;安全交流、安全承諾、安全意識均對個人防護存在顯著的正向預(yù)測作用;安全交流與安全意識均對不良衛(wèi)生習慣有顯著的負向預(yù)測作用。針對家庭安全氛圍對安全駕駛行為的影響作用以及調(diào)研訪談所反映的問題,本文重點圍繞家庭安全氛圍方面,提出了改善鐵路司機安全駕駛行為的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Safety is the key link to ensure the sustainable and stable development of China's railway industry. The data show that the railway traffic accidents in recent years are still more, the safety situation is not optimistic. Based on the key position of railway drivers in railway traffic accidents and the influence of family safety atmosphere on driving behavior, this paper takes railway drivers as the object of study. This paper probes into the internal structure of family safety atmosphere in China and studies the influence of family safety atmosphere on safe driving behavior. Based on the summary of the related achievements of family safety atmosphere, safe driving behavior and railway driver, combined with the specific contents of investigation and interview, this paper designs the topic of family safety atmosphere measurement. After twice survey and factor analysis, the railway drivers' family safety atmosphere is successfully developed, and the three-dimensional structure of family safety atmosphere is constructed, including safety communication, safety commitment and safety consciousness. Based on the safety driving behavior scale developed by Zhao Yong et al. (2014), the three-dimensional structure of safe driving behavior of railway drivers, including operational safety, personal protection and bad hygiene habits, was verified by revising the scale. By using the methods of correlation and regression analysis, this paper probes into the influence of safety atmosphere on safe driving behavior of railway drivers. The results show that both safety commitment and safety consciousness have a significant positive predictive effect on operational safety; Safety communication, safety commitment and safety awareness have significant positive predictive effects on personal protection, and both safety communication and safety awareness have significant negative predictive effects on unhealthy hygiene habits. In view of the influence of family safety atmosphere on safe driving behavior and the problems reflected in the investigation and interview, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the safe driving behavior of railway drivers, focusing on the family safety atmosphere.
