恒源煤礦6煤層底板含水層注漿改造參數(shù)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:礦井突水嚴重影響煤礦生產(chǎn)的安全,我國超過半數(shù)的煤礦不同程度地受到底板巖溶承壓水的威脅,受水害面積和嚴重程度居世界主要產(chǎn)煤國首位。展開對煤層底板注漿改造參數(shù)的研究對更加有效的防治煤層底板突水和控制注漿成本有重要的意義。 本文經(jīng)過收集恒源煤礦、劉橋一礦、五溝煤礦的資料,確定了三礦煤層底板巖層巖體結(jié)構(gòu)特征及各個礦工作面主要出水水源、出水量,為注漿配比提供理論依據(jù)。 本文以研究安徽恒源煤礦Ⅱ6112工作面底板注漿參數(shù)優(yōu)化為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合劉橋一礦、五溝煤礦煤層底板特征,對漿液的配比展開實驗研究。針對三個礦區(qū)煤層底板巖溶發(fā)育的特征、現(xiàn)場注漿情況以及控制注漿成本等問題,綜合漿液的比重、粘度、析水率、結(jié)石率、抗壓強度、凝結(jié)時間等技術(shù)指標確定最優(yōu)配比的水泥-粘土漿液,另做相同配比的水泥-膨脹土漿液作為對照,分析兩種漿液的優(yōu)缺點。 建立數(shù)值模型,分析不同配比的漿液在不同壓力和孔隙率條件下,擴散形態(tài)和擴散范圍,為現(xiàn)場注漿提供理論依據(jù)。 從恒源煤礦、五溝煤礦各選取一個注漿完成的工作面,對比注漿前后煤層底板富水區(qū)分布,分析底板巖溶發(fā)育情況及評價注漿效果。
