高水壓松散含水層下超長(zhǎng)工作面突水預(yù)測(cè)及控制

【摘要】:祁東煤礦8222工作面為高承壓含水層下的超長(zhǎng)工作面(最大為235m),突水威脅大,針對(duì)8222工作面復(fù)雜的水文地質(zhì)條件,為防止回采期間發(fā)生壓架突水事故,研究了松散層含水層富水性特征、基巖風(fēng)化的工程地質(zhì)特征、阻隔水性能及開采覆巖破壞規(guī)律等內(nèi)容,采用了頂板超前預(yù)裂爆破、長(zhǎng)觀孔預(yù)警、增大工作面支架阻力、合理控制推進(jìn)速度等技術(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明,在采取上述綜合措施的情況下,高水壓松散含水層下超長(zhǎng)采煤工作面可實(shí)現(xiàn)安全可控回采。
[Abstract]:The 8222 face of Qidong Coal Mine is an ultra-long working face under high confined aquifer (the maximum is 235m), and the water inrush threat is great. In view of the complex hydrogeological conditions of face 8222, in order to prevent the occurrence of water inrush accident of pressure frame during mining, The water-rich characteristics of loose aquifer, the engineering geological characteristics of bedrock weathering, the performance of water barrier and the failure law of overlying rock in mining are studied. The roof pre-splitting blasting is adopted, the long-term hole warning is adopted, and the support resistance of working face is increased. Reasonable control of propulsion speed and other technologies. The research results show that the safety and controllable recovery can be realized in the ultra-long coal mining face under high water pressure loose aquifer under the circumstances of taking the above comprehensive measures.
