【摘要】：正2015年5月,布魯金斯學會就2015年4月25日尼泊爾地震及其應急管理發(fā)表研究評論稱,此次地震并沒有如模擬的那般傷亡嚴重,但是,依然揭示出小國家在災害準備方面的低迷狀態(tài)。其中,指出國際社會在災害風險管理領域做的太多,災害風險管理問題應集中作為國家的核心優(yōu)先事務。布魯金斯學會之前對南亞區(qū)域合作聯(lián)盟在支持其成員國國家災害風險管理能力方面的角色進行了研究,尤其是尼泊爾和印度。研究得到的共識是尼泊爾政府并沒有災害風險應急的緊迫性。相對于災害風險
[Abstract]:In May 2015, the Brookings Institution published a study on the April 25, 2015 earthquake in Nepal and its emergency management, saying that the earthquake was not as deadly as it had been simulated, but, It still reveals the downturn in disaster preparedness in small countries.
