【摘要】：安全是建筑施工的永恒主題，始終要把安全生產(chǎn)放在重要的位置。建筑工程施工安全生產(chǎn)管理必須要堅(jiān)持“安全第一、預(yù)防為主、綜合治理”的方針，樹(shù)立好“安全責(zé)任重在落實(shí)”“安全責(zé)任重于泰山”的思想，依據(jù)技術(shù)進(jìn)步和科學(xué)管理，去推動(dòng)建筑施工安全生產(chǎn)工作的開(kāi)展，從而有效的控制傷亡事故的發(fā)生。在確保工程施工安全的前提下，才有質(zhì)量、文明施工、進(jìn)度、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。否則，沒(méi)有安全，一切就無(wú)從談起。 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全管理對(duì)于建筑公司的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)來(lái)說(shuō)是一個(gè)重要的基礎(chǔ)�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理的好壞是一項(xiàng)無(wú)形資本，直接影響到企業(yè)形象和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，進(jìn)而影響到企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。 本文首先分析了建筑施工單位安全生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀，，找出了施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的一些主要問(wèn)題，并對(duì)這些存在的問(wèn)題做了一一的分析。其次，從安全管理的架構(gòu)、安全文明保障及檢查程序處入手，著重對(duì)公司的各級(jí)負(fù)責(zé)人、各部門的責(zé)任和義務(wù)去分析，逐項(xiàng)地分析了不同部門和人的情況，并描述了安全事故的調(diào)查原則和處理方法。論文闡述了安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任的含義和原則，對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目部考核的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了描述，并針對(duì)這些現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題提出改進(jìn)的意見(jiàn)，使得考核能夠按照要求完成。論文最后闡述了安全教育的重要性，指出安全教育對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)可以增加團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力，增進(jìn)員工之間的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力與意識(shí)。在重視安全教育培訓(xùn)工作的同時(shí)，還應(yīng)對(duì)安全技術(shù)措施有具體的要求，確保企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Safety is the eternal theme of construction, always put the safety of production in an important position. The management of construction safety production must adhere to the policy of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management", set up the idea that "safety responsibility is more important than Mount Tai", and according to technological progress and scientific management, "safety responsibility is more important than Mount Tai", and must adhere to the policy of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management". To promote the construction of safety production work, so as to effectively control the occurrence of casualties. Only on the premise of ensuring the safety of engineering construction can there be quality, civilized construction, progress and economic benefits. Otherwise, without safety, nothing can be said. The safety management of construction site is an important foundation for construction company's production and management. The quality of field management is an intangible capital, which directly affects the image and economic benefits of the enterprise, and then affects the market competitiveness of the enterprise. This paper first analyzes the present situation of safety production in construction units, finds out some main problems in construction site, and makes one-by-one analysis of these existing problems. Secondly, starting with the structure of safety management, the Division of Safety and Civilization Protection and Inspection procedures, it focuses on the responsibilities and obligations of the responsible persons and departments at all levels of the company, and analyzes the situation of different departments and people one by one. The investigation principles and handling methods of safety accidents are also described. This paper expounds the meaning and principle of production safety responsibility, describes the present situation and existing problems of the on-the-spot project assessment, and puts forward some suggestions for improving these problems, so that the assessment can be completed according to the requirements. At the end of the paper, the importance of safety education is expounded, and it is pointed out that safety education can increase team cohesion and enhance team cooperation ability and consciousness for an enterprise. While paying attention to safety education and training, we should also have specific requirements for safety technical measures to ensure the safety of production in enterprises.
