超長(zhǎng)采煤工作面降溫技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:為了解決趙樓煤礦5302采煤工作面因其寬度較大、順槽過長(zhǎng)所導(dǎo)致的面內(nèi)嚴(yán)重?zé)岷栴},根據(jù)煤礦現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況,對(duì)面內(nèi)熱害形成規(guī)律、熱濕源分布等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。提出了針對(duì)超長(zhǎng)采煤工作面降溫方法,即"空冷器+防塵水+乳化液"組合降溫技術(shù)。新的降溫技術(shù)運(yùn)行以來,通風(fēng)路線上的溫度保持在20℃~30℃,降溫效果明顯。

The combined cooling technology of "air cooler dust proof water emulsion" is put forward in view of the cooling method of super long coal mining face, which is called "Air cooler Dust proof Water Emulsion". Since the operation of the new cooling technology, the temperature on the ventilation route has been kept in the range of 20 鈩,
