AETS內(nèi)容效度的研究

【摘要】：在航空界,語言和航空安全密切聯(lián)系。事故調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)造成多起航空事故的因素就是機(jī)組和管制員無線電陸空通話交流不暢。為了加強(qiáng)航空安全,國際社會予以航空語言高度重視,國際民航組織(International Civil Aviation Organization.,ICAO)出臺了一系列空地通話語言標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。中國民航空中交通管理局依據(jù)ICAO語言標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計并實(shí)施了中國民航管制人員英語等級測試系統(tǒng)(Air-traffic-controller English Test System of Civil Aviation Administration of China,AETS)。由于空中交通管制的特殊性,AETS具有很高的風(fēng)險性(high-stake),測試質(zhì)量應(yīng)該接受嚴(yán)格的監(jiān)管,測試的效度和信度的數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)該受到嚴(yán)格的控制。大多數(shù)語言測試做不到這點(diǎn),AETS做得較好。本文旨在研究AETS的內(nèi)容效度,研究的結(jié)構(gòu)基于巴克曼內(nèi)容效度的理論,分為三個部分:內(nèi)容覆蓋面、測試方法因素、內(nèi)容相關(guān)性。為了說明采用巴克曼理論的正確性和必要性,作者回顧了世界語言測試發(fā)展的歷程。作者采用分析AETS的真題和模擬題的方法來評估測試的內(nèi)容覆蓋面;采用分析調(diào)查問卷的方法來研究測試方法因素,問卷的設(shè)計理論是基于巴克曼研究的測試方法因素模型;最后,作者制作了題目與目標(biāo)一致性專家評定表對于內(nèi)容相關(guān)性進(jìn)行評估,并邀請業(yè)內(nèi)專家根據(jù)此表對考題進(jìn)行了評判。對以上所有調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行全面分析,就可以在一定程度上分析出現(xiàn)階段AETS內(nèi)容效度情況。研究結(jié)果表明AETS內(nèi)容效度相對較低,存在缺陷不容忽視。這些缺點(diǎn)應(yīng)當(dāng)予以及時完善。
[Abstract]:In the aviation world, language and aviation safety are closely linked. Accident investigation found that a number of aviation accidents caused by the crew and controllers radio communication between land and air is not smooth. In order to enhance aviation safety, the international community attaches great importance to aviation language. ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization.,ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) has issued a series of air-to-ground communication language standards. Air Traffic Administration of China (CAAC) has designed and implemented the Chinese Civil Aviation Regulatory personnel English rating Test system (Air-traffic-controller English Test System of Civil Aviation Administration of China,AETS) according to the ICAO language standard. Because of the particularity of air traffic control, AETS has a high risk (high-stake), the test quality should be strictly regulated, and the validity and reliability data of the test should be strictly controlled. Most language tests can't do this, AETS does better. The purpose of this paper is to study the content validity of AETS. The structure of the study is based on Barkman's theory of content validity, which is divided into three parts: content coverage, test method factors, and content correlation. In order to illustrate the correctness and necessity of adopting Baxman's theory, the author reviews the development of language testing in the world. The author uses the method of analyzing the true and simulated questions of AETS to evaluate the content coverage of the test, uses the method of analyzing the questionnaire to study the factors of the test method, and the design theory of the questionnaire is based on the factor model of the test method of Baxman research. At the end of this paper, the author makes an expert evaluation form of topic and goal consistency to evaluate the relevance of the content, and invites the experts in the industry to judge the test questions according to this table. To some extent, the validity of AETS content in the emerging stage can be analyzed by a comprehensive analysis of all the above results. The results show that the content validity of AETS is relatively low, and the defects can not be ignored. These shortcomings should be improved in a timely manner.
