【摘要】：正2016年12月1日,哈大高鐵開(kāi)通運(yùn)營(yíng)整4年,實(shí)現(xiàn)人身、行車安全零事故,交上了一份滿意的答卷。開(kāi)通運(yùn)營(yíng)4年來(lái),哈大高鐵先后經(jīng)歷了冬季圖、夏季圖、冬夏一張圖時(shí)期,逐步探索出克服季節(jié)性凍土影響、控制高鐵冬季凍脹的辦法,積累了有效應(yīng)對(duì)惡劣天氣的安全運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。哈大高鐵上共配屬CRH380B型高寒動(dòng)車組列車141組。為有效提升高寒動(dòng)車組列車的檢修、運(yùn)用質(zhì)量,哈
