煤體瓦斯吸附解吸過程溫度變化實(shí)驗(yàn)研究及機(jī)理分析
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of surface physicochemistry, thermodynamics and adsorption potential, the microscopic mechanism of coal gas adsorption and desorption diffusion dynamic process and the mechanism of temperature change in adsorption and desorption process are analyzed. The experimental study on the law of gas adsorption and desorption of coal body under different conditions was carried out by using the well designed coal gas adsorption and desorption test system. The results show that the adsorption process of coal gas is an exothermic process of rising temperature, and the desorption process is an endothermic process of decreasing temperature. The change rate and amplitude of temperature are related to the metamorphic degree of coal sample, environmental temperature, particle size of coal sample, adsorption equilibrium pressure and so on, and the change of temperature is exponentially related to time. In this paper, the gas desorption and diffusion coefficient of coal body under the first boundary condition is calculated, and the mathematical model of the temperature variation of coal body, the quantity of emission, is established, and the fitting calculation of the experimental data is carried out to verify and analyze the model. Based on the experimental and theoretical analysis results, a new method of coal body temperature raising based on phase change material phase change heat release is proposed, which is based on the laboratory coal and gas outburst validation index 螖 ts,. The research results of this paper have application and reference value in revealing the mechanism of coal and gas outburst and preventing coal and gas outburst.
