基于C-MBUS的智能消防疏散通信系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與開發(fā)

【摘要】:城市高大密集型建筑群以及地下建筑的出現(xiàn),導(dǎo)致建筑通道更長、更復(fù)雜;公共場所人員突發(fā)事件發(fā)生頻率也越來越高,設(shè)計出有較強的環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力的智能消防疏散系統(tǒng)能夠有效保障人員逃生,系統(tǒng)通信是關(guān)鍵部分之一。為了滿足疏散通信系統(tǒng)的環(huán)境適應(yīng)與高效性,本文設(shè)計了一種基于C-MBUS的智能疏散通信系統(tǒng)協(xié)議,并給出了實現(xiàn)方法。 (1)本文研究了國內(nèi)外在疏散系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,同時調(diào)研了市場需求以及國家標準,對本文所設(shè)計的智能疏散通信系統(tǒng)給出了具體的要求和未來發(fā)展方向。在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了工業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)類型以及在工業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中主流的通信協(xié)議,針對現(xiàn)有智能疏散通信系統(tǒng)的不足進行分析并改進。 (2)根據(jù)功能要求和具體指標,給出了智能疏散系統(tǒng)的總體通信架構(gòu)方案,設(shè)計了以C-MBUS為通信總線的硬件系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)各個部分分別為基于CMT100與CMT001的通信模塊、系統(tǒng)供電電源模塊、指示燈節(jié)點控制器、中繼控制器、總主控控制器等,并詳述了各個部分的組成原理與具體實現(xiàn)電路。 (3)在Modbus協(xié)議基礎(chǔ)上,研發(fā)出了一種針對優(yōu)化智能疏散系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)而改進的通信協(xié)議,其中通信協(xié)議功能主要包括數(shù)據(jù)更新、數(shù)據(jù)讀取、錯誤表查詢、地址分配、地址刪除以及錯誤檢測等,對主機以及從機的協(xié)議幀格式、數(shù)據(jù)含義都做了詳細介紹。還創(chuàng)新的提出了智能疏散系統(tǒng)在各級主控內(nèi)存中虛擬化的概念,對虛擬化的存儲架構(gòu)做了詳細說明,并且針對優(yōu)化內(nèi)存利用,引進了數(shù)據(jù)表的概念,包括地址分配表、下級系統(tǒng)通信錯誤統(tǒng)計表以及下級系統(tǒng)錯誤表,對表的功能做了相應(yīng)說明。 (4)本文根據(jù)設(shè)計的智能疏散硬件系統(tǒng)和通信協(xié)議,對各級主控進行了軟件的設(shè)計,主要包括各級主控中存儲架構(gòu)的內(nèi)存分配、串口通訊模塊、各級主控數(shù)據(jù)包解析模塊、數(shù)據(jù)同步通信處理模塊。本文詳細的闡述了各個模塊的程序流程,并給出了程序流程圖。 (5)根據(jù)制定的通信協(xié)議以及硬件與軟件設(shè)計,成功開發(fā)出樣機,并利用樣機完成了總臺對各個節(jié)點的控制以及數(shù)據(jù)的采集。 最終的測試表明,本項目所設(shè)計的基于C-MBUS的智能疏散通信系統(tǒng)能夠穩(wěn)定運行,并且實現(xiàn)了節(jié)點自動加入網(wǎng)絡(luò)、自動檢錯的功能,提高了控制速度、簡化了節(jié)點擴展難度,,達到了預(yù)期設(shè)計的目標。
[Abstract]:The appearance of large and dense buildings and underground buildings in cities leads to longer and more complex building passages. The frequency of personnel emergencies in public places is more and more high. The design of intelligent fire evacuation system with strong ability to adapt to the environment can effectively protect personnel escape. System communication is one of the key parts. In order to meet the environmental adaptation and high efficiency of the evacuation communication system, this paper designs an intelligent evacuation communication system protocol based on C-MBUS, and gives the implementation method. The main contents are as follows: (1) the present situation of evacuation system at home and abroad is studied, and the market demand and national standard are investigated, and the specific requirements and future development direction of the intelligent evacuation communication system designed in this paper are given. On this basis, the types of industrial networks and the main communication protocols in industrial networks are studied, and the shortcomings of the existing intelligent evacuation communication systems are analyzed and improved. (2) according to the function requirements and specific indexes, the overall communication architecture of the intelligent evacuation system is given, and the hardware system based on C-MBUS is designed. Each part of the system is the communication module based on CMT100 and CMT001, respectively. The system power supply module, indicator node controller, relay controller, master controller and so on. The principle and realization circuit of each part are described in detail. (3) on the basis of Modbus protocol, an improved communication protocol is developed to optimize the architecture of intelligent evacuation system. The communication protocol functions mainly include data updating, data reading, error table query, address assignment, etc. Address deletion and error detection, host and slave protocol frame format, data meaning are introduced in detail. It also innovates the concept of intelligent evacuation system virtualization in main control memory at all levels, explains the storage architecture of virtualization in detail, and introduces the concept of data table, including address allocation table, in order to optimize memory utilization. The function of the lower system communication error table and the lower system error table are explained. (4) according to the design of intelligent evacuation hardware system and communication protocol, this paper designs the software of main control at all levels, including memory allocation of storage architecture, serial communication module, data packet parsing module of main control at all levels. Data synchronization communication processing module. This paper describes the program flow of each module in detail, and gives the program flow chart. (5) according to the communication protocol and the hardware and software design, the prototype is developed successfully, and the control of each node and the data collection are completed by the prototype. The final test shows that the intelligent evacuation communication system based on C-MBUS designed by this project can run stably, and realize the function of automatically joining the network, automatically detecting errors, improving the control speed and simplifying the difficulty of node expansion. The target of the expected design has been achieved.
