【摘要】：針對(duì)目前束管監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)對(duì)長(zhǎng)管路的抽氣時(shí)間及泵的選擇缺乏理論依據(jù),僅依靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷而導(dǎo)致誤差較大的問題,通過判別氣體在束管管路內(nèi)流動(dòng)狀態(tài),計(jì)算了束管管路的流導(dǎo)以及束管真空系統(tǒng)的有效抽速及抽氣時(shí)間,并選取3種真空泵以及4種長(zhǎng)度的管路進(jìn)行組合實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了理論計(jì)算結(jié)論的準(zhǔn)確性,進(jìn)而提出束管監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)中氣體管路和泵的選型建議。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of theoretical basis for the pumping time and pump selection of the long pipe in the current beam tube monitoring system, the problem of large error caused by only relying on the experience judgment is discussed, and the flow state of the gas in the tube line is determined by discriminating the gas flow state in the tube line. The flow conductance of the tube, the effective pumping speed and the pumping time of the tube vacuum system are calculated. Three kinds of vacuum pumps and four different lengths of pipe are selected to carry out the combined experiments, and the accuracy of the theoretical calculation results is verified. Furthermore, the selection suggestion of gas pipeline and pump in the beam tube monitoring system is put forward.
