基于交通流時間序列和層次聚類的應(yīng)急航路劃設(shè)

【摘要】:在地面管制單位服務(wù)能力完全喪失的緊急情況下,應(yīng)急航路是保證一定數(shù)量航空器能夠在失能空域中繼續(xù)運行的重要手段之一。通過分析繁忙航路點的交通流時間序列特性,以相似交通流模式為依據(jù),研究應(yīng)急航路的劃設(shè)方法。以此為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)北京區(qū)域管制中心的實際航班運行數(shù)據(jù),在簡化的航路網(wǎng)中,基于歐氏距離的相似性度量,對不同航路點的時間序列進行層次聚類,通過設(shè)定距離閾值,并結(jié)合航路連接方式、沖突點等綜合因素,劃設(shè)北京某管制空域的應(yīng)急航路,以保證少量航班在空域失能狀態(tài)下繼續(xù)安全運行,減小地面空管單位的管制壓力。
[Abstract]:In the case of the total loss of service capacity of the ground control unit, the emergency route is one of the important means to ensure that a certain number of aircraft can continue to operate in the disabled airspace. Based on the analysis of traffic flow time series characteristics of busy route points and based on similar traffic flow patterns, the method of emergency routing is studied. On this basis, according to the actual flight operation data of Beijing Regional Control Center, in the simplified air route network, based on the Euclidean distance similarity measure, the time series of different route points are clustered by hierarchical clustering, and the distance threshold is set. In order to ensure the safe operation of a small number of flights under the condition of airspace disability and reduce the control pressure of the ground air traffic control units, the emergency route of a certain control airspace in Beijing is set up according to the combined factors such as route connection mode and conflict point, so as to ensure that a small number of flights continue to operate safely in the state of airspace incapacity.
