尾礦庫自動化安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:金屬與非金屬礦山是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的高危行業(yè),其事故發(fā)生起數(shù)和死亡人數(shù)在全國工業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域占較大的比重。尾礦庫是金屬與非金屬礦山安全生產(chǎn)的重要環(huán)節(jié),,也是該領(lǐng)域的重大危險(xiǎn)源之一,作為具有高勢能的人造泥石流危險(xiǎn)源,其一旦發(fā)生事故,將會給下游人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全造成巨大損失,給當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重污染,給當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定也帶來嚴(yán)重的負(fù)面影響。論文根據(jù)弓長嶺尾礦庫的具體情況及國家安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理局尾礦庫安全監(jiān)測技術(shù)規(guī)范[行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)AQ2030--2010]的要求針對影響尾礦壩安全的因素,確定了弓長嶺尾礦庫安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測指標(biāo),根據(jù)監(jiān)測內(nèi)容完成了設(shè)備選型,同時(shí)結(jié)合現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、影像視頻技術(shù)和GPS衛(wèi)星定位技術(shù)提出了該尾礦庫安全監(jiān)測的技術(shù)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)集可視化、自動化、智能化于一體的軟件結(jié)構(gòu)。在壩體安全評價(jià)模塊中采用里正軟件計(jì)算了尾礦壩穩(wěn)定安全系數(shù)。為弓長嶺尾礦庫設(shè)計(jì)一套尾礦壩自動化安全監(jiān)測及預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Metal and non-metal mines are high risk industries in industrial production. The number of accidents and the number of deaths account for a large proportion in the field of industrial safety production in China. Tailings reservoir is an important link in the safe production of metal and non-metal mines, and also one of the major hazard sources in this field. As a man-made debris flow hazard source with high potential energy, once an accident occurs, It will cause huge loss of life and property safety to downstream people, serious pollution to local environment, and also bring serious negative impact to local economic development and social stability. According to the concrete situation of Gongchangling tailing reservoir and the requirement of safety monitoring technical specification [industry standard AQ2030--2010] of the tailings dam of the State Administration of Safety production Supervision, the paper aims at the factors that affect the safety of tailings dam. The monitoring index of the safety monitoring system of Gongchangling tailing reservoir is determined. According to the monitoring content, the equipment selection is completed. At the same time, combined with modern computer technology and network technology, The video image technology and GPS satellite positioning technology put forward the technical scheme of safety monitoring of the tailings reservoir, and designed a software structure which integrates visualization, automation and intelligence. The stability safety factor of tailings dam is calculated by using the software of Li Zheng in the dam body safety evaluation module. A set of automatic safety monitoring and early warning system for tailings dam is designed for Gongchangling tailing reservoir.
