【摘要】：為了診斷企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系成長性態(tài),將安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化內(nèi)化為企業(yè)的安全管理方法,基于過程管理的基本理論,按照行為特性與工作流程,從策劃行為域、實(shí)施行為域、可信度行為域3個(gè)層次界定安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的體系結(jié)構(gòu);其次,從成熟度級(jí)別、共同特性和通用活動(dòng)3個(gè)構(gòu)成要素劃分成長性態(tài)層次結(jié)構(gòu);然后,將安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的體系結(jié)構(gòu)和成長性態(tài)層次標(biāo)識(shí)為企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平的二維結(jié)構(gòu),提出基于模糊區(qū)間的安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系成長性態(tài)診斷方法。結(jié)果表明,調(diào)查企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系成長性態(tài)診斷結(jié)果位于規(guī)范級(jí),但存在不平衡問題,在評(píng)估與確立安全目標(biāo)、安全培訓(xùn)、細(xì)化安全目標(biāo)要求、交底與配備資源和可信度論據(jù)等方面診斷值較低,需要加以改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In order to diagnose the growing state of the standardization system of production safety in enterprises, the standardization of production safety is internalized into the safety management method of enterprises. Based on the basic theory of process management, according to the behavior characteristics and workflow, the author plans the behavior domain. Implementing behavior domain and credibility behavior domain defining the system structure of safety production standardization in three levels; Secondly, from the maturity level, common characteristics and common activities of the three constituent elements divided into growth state hierarchy; Then, the system structure and the growth state hierarchy of the safety production standardization are identified as the two-dimensional structure of the enterprise safety production standardization level, and a fuzzy interval based diagnosis method for the growth state of the safety production standardization system is proposed. The results show that the diagnostic results of the growth state of the standardization system of safety production in enterprises are located at the standard level, but there is an imbalance problem. The evaluation and establishment of safety objectives, safety training, refinement of the requirements of safety objectives, The diagnostic value is low and needs to be improved.
