橋區(qū)船舶航行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著內(nèi)河航運(yùn)的迅速發(fā)展,內(nèi)河船舶的數(shù)量迅速增長,船舶日益大型化。內(nèi)河船舶航行安全問題日益受到各界的重視。內(nèi)河航運(yùn)迅速發(fā)展的同時(shí),我國城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)速度加快,內(nèi)河橋梁數(shù)量增長迅速。橫跨于內(nèi)河之上的橋梁數(shù)量越來越多,內(nèi)河通航環(huán)境也隨之發(fā)生改變,給內(nèi)河船舶的航行造成了一定的限制和不利影響,橋區(qū)水域船舶碰撞事故時(shí)有發(fā)生。船舶一旦在橋區(qū)發(fā)生船撞橋事故,不僅會(huì)對(duì)內(nèi)河交通造成嚴(yán)重影響,甚至?xí)䦟?dǎo)致橋梁斷裂等嚴(yán)重后果。 為了更好的保障船舶在橋區(qū)水域的安全航行,研究以長江武漢段橋區(qū)水域?yàn)榫唧w對(duì)象,針對(duì)單船在橋區(qū)的航行碰撞事故的預(yù)警方法進(jìn)行了研究和探索。提出基于船舶航跡預(yù)測(cè)的橋區(qū)水域船舶航行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警方法,并以此為基礎(chǔ)研發(fā)了一套船臺(tái)用橋區(qū)船舶航行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。具體研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)分析長江武漢段橋區(qū)水域通航環(huán)境特征。分別從自然環(huán)境、橋梁分布情況、交通流特征三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,明確船舶在橋區(qū)水域航行時(shí)的主要影響因素,并得到該水域交通流特征的量化數(shù)據(jù)。 (2)橋區(qū)船舶航行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警方法研究。根據(jù)橋區(qū)水域通航環(huán)境特點(diǎn),研究船舶航跡預(yù)測(cè)方法。并以船舶航跡預(yù)測(cè)為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)碰撞、擱淺、觸礁及觸損四類事故風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的量化進(jìn)行研究,確定橋區(qū)水域船舶航行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警流程和方法。 (3)橋區(qū)水域預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。以通航環(huán)境特征分析結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)橋區(qū)船舶航行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警方法和流程,設(shè)計(jì)單船橋區(qū)航行預(yù)警系統(tǒng),并結(jié)合AIS和長江電子航道圖進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of inland navigation, the number of inland ships is increasing rapidly. The problem of navigation safety of inland river ships has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life. With the rapid development of inland navigation, the construction speed of urban infrastructure and the number of inland river bridges are increasing rapidly. With the increasing number of bridges across inland rivers, the navigable environment of inland rivers has changed, which has caused certain restrictions and adverse effects on the navigation of inland water vessels. The collision accidents of ships in bridge waters occur from time to time. Once a ship collides with a bridge in the bridge area, it will not only seriously affect the inland river traffic, but also lead to serious consequences such as bridge breakage. In order to better guarantee the safe navigation of ships in the waters of the bridge area, this paper studies and explores the early warning method of the collision accident during the navigation of a single ship in the bridge area of the Yangtze River, taking the water area of Wuhan section of the Yangtze River as a specific object. A ship navigation risk early warning method based on ship track prediction is proposed and a set of ship navigation risk early warning system in bridge area is developed based on this method. The main contents are as follows: (1) the characteristics of navigable environment in the bridge area of Wuhan section of the Yangtze River are analyzed. By analyzing the natural environment, the distribution of bridges and the characteristics of traffic flow, the main factors affecting the navigation of ships in the waters of the bridge area are identified, and the quantitative data of the traffic flow characteristics in the waters are obtained. (2) study on ship navigation risk warning method in bridge area. According to the characteristics of navigation environment in the bridge area, the ship track prediction method is studied. On the basis of ship track prediction, the paper studies the quantitative risk of collision, grounding, reef and touch loss, and determines the warning process and method of ship navigation risk in the waters of bridge area. (3) the design and implementation of water area early warning system in bridge area. Based on the results of navigation environment analysis and according to the method and process of ship navigation risk early warning in bridge area, the navigation early warning system of single ship bridge area is designed, and the system is realized by combining AIS and Yangtze River electronic waterway map.
