【摘要】：船舶交通事故大部分發(fā)生在港區(qū)水域,另外,港口建設(shè)也會給該港區(qū)船舶的通航帶來一定的影響,這樣對于港口通航水域進行安全評價是很有必要的。大連港大窯灣港區(qū)是大連港一個相對比較繁忙的碼頭,該港區(qū)來往船只也比較多。對于該港區(qū)的安全性,大多是感性上的判斷,本文正是基于此,想給出一個定量化的評價,以便為后續(xù)港口的發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供通航安全方面的參考。 本文對多種通航安全評價方法進行分析之后,確定采用模糊數(shù)學中模糊綜合評判的相關(guān)知識建立通航安全評價模型。確定數(shù)學方法后,首先對模糊綜合評價的知識作簡單的介紹,然后對專家調(diào)查表中的數(shù)據(jù)進行處理后,分別針對每一個影響因素進行闡述,并建立相應(yīng)的隸屬度函數(shù)；其次,將這些影響因素整合到一起建立模糊綜合評判模型；再次,介紹大連港大窯灣港區(qū)的基本情況,按照層次分析法的相關(guān)理論,分別建立因素集、評價集、權(quán)重集,最后應(yīng)用已建立的港口通航水域通航安全模糊綜合評判模型進行評判,得到評判結(jié)果。 本文的研究,對大連港大窯灣水域的安全運營提供了理論和現(xiàn)實的參考。
[Abstract]:Most of the accidents occur in the waters of the port area, in addition, the port construction will also bring some influence to the navigation of the ships in the port area, which is necessary for the safety evaluation of the navigable waters of the port. Dayaowan Port area of Dalian Port is a relatively busy port, the port area is also a lot of ships. For the safety of the port area, most of the judgment is perceptual. Based on this, this paper wants to give a quantitative evaluation in order to provide the navigation safety reference for the subsequent port development planning. Based on the analysis of various methods for evaluating navigable safety, a model of navigable safety evaluation is established by using the relevant knowledge of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in fuzzy mathematics. After the mathematical method is determined, the knowledge of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced briefly, then the data in the expert questionnaire is processed, and the corresponding membership function is established according to each influencing factor. Secondly, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established by integrating these factors together. Thirdly, it introduces the basic situation of Dayaowan Port area of Dalian Port. According to the relevant theory of AHP, it establishes factor set, evaluation set and weight set, respectively. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of navigable safety in navigable waters has been established and the evaluation results have been obtained. The research in this paper provides a theoretical and practical reference for the safe operation of Dayaowan waters of Dalian Port.
