林南倉礦煤低溫氧化動力學(xué)實驗研究

【摘要】:為了研究林南倉礦煤的低溫氧化的動力學(xué)特性,選取來自不同煤層和采區(qū)的3個煤樣為實驗煤樣。通過工業(yè)分析和元素分析確定了煤的種類為中高揮發(fā)分煙煤,自燃等級為Ⅱ類自燃。分析熱重實驗結(jié)果將低溫氧化過程分為失重階段和增重階段,確定兩階段為一級化學(xué)反應(yīng),隨著反應(yīng)深入氧化所需的能量增加。升溫氧化實驗過程中氣體的質(zhì)量濃度和種類隨溫度升高而增加,利用電子自旋共振波譜儀研究不同氧化溫度下煤中自由基的數(shù)量,結(jié)果顯示自由基濃度出現(xiàn)先減小后增加的趨勢。從宏觀和微觀兩個角度提出隨著反應(yīng)程度的加深反應(yīng)所需能量以及氣體產(chǎn)物和自由基數(shù)量之間的關(guān)系,進一步揭示煤自燃的發(fā)展進程。
