基于ISM的煤礦頂板事故致因研究
[Abstract]:In all kinds of coal mine accidents in our country, the number of roof accidents and the total number of deaths have been high all the time, which is a major hidden danger in coal mine safety production. Every roof accident has caused heavy casualties and huge economic losses. How to effectively identify and control the causes of roof accidents is a major issue we are facing. Based on the statistical analysis of 104 roof accidents in coal mines in China from 2006 to July 2012, the causes of 20 roof accidents in coal mines at four levels are studied and summarized, and the method of systematic analysis is used in this paper. The internal relationship between the cause factors of roof accident is determined, which provides the basis for constructing the model of roof accident cause in coal mine. Based on the theory of explanatory structure model, a 7-layer multi-level hierarchical system for roof accidents in coal mines is constructed. It clearly reveals the surface layer reason, the middle layer cause and the deep root cause of coal mine roof accident. The analysis shows that the underlying causes include imperfect supervision system and imperfect internal management mechanism. At the same time, the weight of each factor is calculated by using AHP method, and the influence degree of each factor on roof accident is analyzed. The result shows that the proportion of individual behavior and management factors is as high as 85.34. Based on the ISM model of roof accident in coal mine, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced under the premise of determining the weight of each factor. Taking a coal mine in Shanxi as an example, the risk of roof accident in this mine is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Determine the coal mine roof accident trend. Finally, on the basis of the research on ISM model of coal mine roof accidents, from the aspects of improving the level of supporting technology, increasing the training and education of staff and workers, establishing and perfecting the internal management mechanism, The countermeasures and suggestions for preventing roof accidents in coal mines are put forward in four aspects of perfecting supervision and supervision system.
