基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)(RBI)在石化裝置上的應(yīng)用分析研究

【摘要】:基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的檢驗(yàn)(RBI)技術(shù)是一種基于兼顧系統(tǒng)安全性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估與優(yōu)化檢驗(yàn)方法,在國(guó)內(nèi)外石油化工領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛運(yùn)用。該技術(shù)通過對(duì)石化裝置進(jìn)行安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,確定裝置各部件的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí),對(duì)高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的部件有針對(duì)性的實(shí)施降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施,從而制定既安全又經(jīng)濟(jì)的檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃,有效提高裝置安全性和可靠性,延長(zhǎng)裝置的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行周期,降低企業(yè)檢驗(yàn)維修成本,幫助企業(yè)保有良好的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此,運(yùn)用該技術(shù)將是石油化工領(lǐng)域未來數(shù)年發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。我國(guó)引入RBI技術(shù)的時(shí)間較晚,仍然處于剛剛起步的初級(jí)階段。本文將對(duì)DNV(挪威船級(jí)社)公司研發(fā)的ORBIT ONSHORE軟件在大慶煉化180萬噸/年ARGG裝置上的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析研究,為RBI技術(shù)在國(guó)內(nèi)的推廣應(yīng)用作出貢獻(xiàn)。 本文首先簡(jiǎn)要的介紹了RBI技術(shù)的基本概念與特點(diǎn),詳細(xì)講解了RBI技術(shù)的基本原理與工作流程,著重闡述了裝置風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的方法,其中包括定性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析與定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。然后針對(duì)DNV公司研發(fā)的RBI技術(shù)軟件在大慶煉化ARGG裝置上的應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行深入系統(tǒng)的分析和研究,包括前期組織準(zhǔn)備、裝置風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)結(jié)果分析,并且對(duì)某些承擔(dān)了大部分風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備進(jìn)行了單獨(dú)的分析,最后依據(jù)分析得到的失效模式和機(jī)理,提出了對(duì)應(yīng)的檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃和降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的建議。
[Abstract]:Risk-based testing (RBI) is a risk assessment and optimization test method based on both system security and economy. It has been widely used in the field of petrochemical industry at home and abroad. By evaluating the safety risk of petrochemical plant, determining the risk grade of each component of the unit, and implementing the measures to reduce the risk of the high risk component, the technology can make the inspection plan which is both safe and economical. It can effectively improve the safety and reliability of the device, prolong the safe and stable operation period of the device, reduce the cost of inspection and maintenance of the enterprise, and help the enterprise to maintain a good market competitiveness. Therefore, the application of this technology will be the inevitable trend of petrochemical industry development in the next few years. The introduction of RBI technology in China is late and is still in its infancy. In this paper, the application of ORBIT ONSHORE software developed by DNV in Daqing Refining 1.8 million t / a ARGG plant is analyzed and studied, which will contribute to the popularization and application of RBI technology in China. In this paper, the basic concepts and characteristics of RBI technology are briefly introduced, the basic principle and workflow of RBI technology are explained in detail, and the methods of device risk analysis are emphasized, including qualitative risk analysis and quantitative risk analysis. Then, the application of RBI technology software developed by DNV Company in Daqing Refinery ARGG plant is analyzed and studied systematically, including organization preparation, risk assessment and risk result analysis. At last, according to the failure mode and mechanism obtained from the analysis, the corresponding inspection plan and risk reduction suggestions are put forward.
