【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,人民的生活水平有了大幅提高。與此同時(shí),我國(guó)的交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)也有了很大的發(fā)展,我國(guó)的高速公路里程數(shù)已經(jīng)躍居世界第一。值得我們注意的是,在這些繁榮昌盛的背后,交通安全事故日益增多,給國(guó)家人民帶來(lái)了巨大的損失。重慶市南涪路作為重慶東部、長(zhǎng)江沿岸的一條重要省道,為帶動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展發(fā)揮了巨大的作用,然而其道路安全形勢(shì)也很嚴(yán)峻。在這樣的背景下,科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的分析道路安全事故的誘因,展開道路交通安全研究已是迫在眉睫。 本文從系統(tǒng)學(xué)的角度出發(fā),對(duì)影響道路安全的人、車、路和環(huán)境四個(gè)因素進(jìn)行了分析。通過(guò)實(shí)地勘察和相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計(jì)資料,對(duì)重慶市南涪路的安全現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究,分析了其事故多發(fā)的原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立二級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)其安全進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并給出了安全管理方面的對(duì)策。 本文的研究對(duì)在復(fù)雜的交通環(huán)境下,預(yù)防和處理交通事故有較大的參考價(jià)值,有利于提高道路的安全管理水平,構(gòu)建科學(xué)的道路安全管理體系。文中對(duì)重慶市南涪路的研究,對(duì)相關(guān)部門提高南涪路的安全管理水平具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's national economy has developed at a high speed, and the living standards of the people have been greatly improved. At the same time, China's transportation industry also has a great development, China's highway mileage has leapt to the first in the world. It is worth our attention that behind these prosperity, traffic safety accidents are increasing day by day, which brings great losses to the people of our country. As an important provincial road in the eastern part of Chongqing and along the Yangtze River, Nanfu Road in Chongqing has played a great role in promoting regional economic development. However, the road safety situation is also very serious. Under this background, it is urgent to analyze the causes of road safety accidents and carry out research on road traffic safety. From the perspective of systematics, this paper analyzes four factors that affect road safety: human, vehicle, road and environment. Based on field investigation and related statistical data, the present safety situation of Nanfu Road in Chongqing is studied, and the causes of frequent accidents are analyzed. On this basis, a two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate its safety, and the countermeasures of safety management are given. The research in this paper has great reference value for preventing and dealing with traffic accidents in complex traffic environment, which is helpful to improve the level of road safety management and build a scientific road safety management system. The study of Nanfu Road in Chongqing is of practical significance to improve the safety management level of Nanfu Road.
