基于人和路改造項(xiàng)目的施工安全控制研究

【摘要】:目前,建筑業(yè)已逐漸成為發(fā)展最快的行業(yè)之一。但是隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈,各公司不斷提高管理水平,以獲得更高的效益。但是安全仍是獲得效益的前提條件,因?yàn)榘踩淖罱K結(jié)果決定了效益的大小。建筑施工的特點(diǎn)決定了該行業(yè)為一個(gè)高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的行業(yè),針對(duì)建筑行業(yè)特點(diǎn)和目前安全管理現(xiàn)狀,如何去控制施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全管理,是一個(gè)迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題。為此,近幾年政府高度重視施工安全生產(chǎn)工作,確定了“安全第一,預(yù)防為主”的安全生產(chǎn)方針,控制和減少各類事故的發(fā)生,提高安全生產(chǎn)管理水平,促進(jìn)和諧社會(huì)的建立。 本文以當(dāng)前我國(guó)施工安全現(xiàn)狀為背景,以我國(guó)建筑施工項(xiàng)目危險(xiǎn)源的辨識(shí)理論依據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合人和路改造項(xiàng)目的實(shí)例,對(duì)項(xiàng)目危險(xiǎn)源的辨識(shí)與控制進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步研究。首先通過(guò)對(duì)人和路改造項(xiàng)目的危險(xiǎn)源進(jìn)行分析與識(shí)別;其次提出了主要危險(xiǎn)源的控制措施,對(duì)深基坑支護(hù)及爆破和高大模板支撐體系進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)分析,根據(jù)周圍環(huán)境進(jìn)行了爆破設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)介紹了基坑設(shè)計(jì)方案,提出了錨桿、土釘、鋼管樁等施工控制要點(diǎn),在高大模板支撐體系理論中,主要對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換層高大模板支撐體系等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算,最后對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行總結(jié)與建議,從而進(jìn)一步控制和減少安全事故的發(fā)生。 通過(guò)前面的研究,筆者認(rèn)為應(yīng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目重要危險(xiǎn)源進(jìn)行分析,重視施工安全管理,避免安全事故的發(fā)生,進(jìn)一步提高安全管理和施工技術(shù)水平。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction industry has gradually become one of the fastest growing industries. However, with the increasingly fierce market competition, companies continue to improve their management to achieve higher efficiency. But safety is still the precondition of benefit, because the final result of security determines the benefit. According to the characteristics of construction industry and the present situation of safety management, how to control the safety management of construction site is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, in recent years, the government has attached great importance to the work of construction safety in production, determined the principle of "safety first, prevention first", controlled and reduced the occurrence of all kinds of accidents, improved the level of production safety management and promoted the establishment of a harmonious society. Based on the present situation of construction safety in our country and the theoretical basis of hazard source identification of construction projects in China, the identification and control of dangerous sources of construction projects are further studied in this paper, based on the practical examples of human and road reconstruction projects. First of all, through the analysis and identification of the hazard source of the human and road reconstruction project; Secondly, the control measures of the main hazard sources are put forward, and the supporting system of deep foundation pit and blasting and large formwork are analyzed emphatically. According to the surrounding environment, the blasting design is carried out, the design scheme of foundation pit is introduced in detail, and the anchor rod and soil nailing are put forward. In the theory of tall formwork support system, the paper mainly designs and calculates the high formwork support system of the transfer layer, and finally summarizes and proposes the project management. Thus further control and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents. Through the previous research, the author thinks that it is necessary to analyze the important hazard sources of the project, attach importance to the construction safety management, avoid the occurrence of safety accidents, and further improve the safety management and construction technology level.
