旋流帷幕除塵器在金屬礦山轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)站除塵系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:礦山粉塵是礦山生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中最主要的職業(yè)病危害因素,目前高效濕式除塵是礦山最經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的除塵手段。針對(duì)現(xiàn)有濕式除塵器在金屬礦山除塵系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用中存在的除塵效率較低、耗水量大等問(wèn)題,研制了一種適合于金屬礦山除塵系統(tǒng)的旋流帷幕除塵器。介紹了該除塵裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和工作原理,并以馬鋼羅河鐵礦轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)站除塵系統(tǒng)改造項(xiàng)目為對(duì)象,對(duì)該除塵裝置在轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)站除塵系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行了測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明:該除塵裝置平均除塵效率達(dá)到了99.8%以上,具有很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益,在金屬礦山生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中具有廣泛的推廣應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Mine dust is the most important occupational hazard factor in the process of mine production. At present, high efficiency wet dust removal is the most economical and effective means of dust removal in mines. Aiming at the problems existing in the application of wet dust collector in metal mine dust removal system, such as low dust removal efficiency and high water consumption, a kind of cyclone curtain dust collector suitable for metal mine dust removal system is developed. The structure design and working principle of the dedusting device are introduced, and the application effect of the dedusting device in the dedusting system of the transfer station of Masteel Luo Iron Mine is determined by taking the project of dedusting system as the object. The results show that the average dedusting efficiency of the dedusting device is over 99.8%, which has good economic and environmental benefits, and has a broad prospect of popularization and application in the production system of metal mines.
