微波作用對(duì)顆粒煤瓦斯解吸規(guī)律影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of microwave on the desorption law of granular coal, the bituminous coal with particle size of 1~3mm was modified by 1500W microwave for different time. The gas desorption experiments of each experimental coal sample under different adsorption equilibrium pressures were carried out by the adsorption and desorption test system set up in the laboratory, and the instantaneous desorption amount and cumulative desorption amount of each experimental coal sample were also studied. The specific surface area and pore distribution of each coal sample were compared and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of microwave time, the coal sample is heated and the pore structure of the coal sample is changed at the same time. Under the same adsorption equilibrium pressure, the instantaneous desorption amount and cumulative desorption amount of coal samples under microwave irradiation of 3min and 5min all produced "inflection points", which showed the trend and regularity of increasing first and then decreasing, then increasing. The distribution of the specific surface area and pore volume of the micropores, which play a decisive role in gas adsorption, also shows the above changing trend. Finally, the mechanism of microwave effect on desorption characteristics of granular coal is discussed.
