【摘要】：“十一五”期間，陜西省農村公路進行了大規(guī)模的建設和路面改造，農村公路建設里程迅速增加，路面質量不斷提高，運輸條件不斷改善，極大地推動了新農村建設和農村城鎮(zhèn)化進程。隨著農村公路路面質量的提高，陜西省對農村公路安保工程的投入也逐年增加，但是由于農村公路點多面廣、項目分散、地區(qū)差異巨大，同時受投資影響，造成農村公路安保工程缺失較為嚴重，一些已設置的安保工程結構形式也不盡合理，給廣大農民群眾的出行帶來了一定的安全隱患。因此，對陜西省農村公路安全保障工程進行探索和研究，具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 為了解決陜西省農村公路安保設施不足這一問題，本文通過對陜西省農村公路現(xiàn)狀的總體分析和農村公路交通安全事故成因的系統(tǒng)研究，從全面、系統(tǒng)的角度出發(fā)，按照“因地制宜、經(jīng)濟適用”的原則，詳細分析了農村公路安全設施的選型、設置位置及結構尺寸等，以提高農村公路基礎設施的完整性和安全性。同時，對農村公路的急彎、陡坡、平面交叉口、過村鎮(zhèn)路段等事故多發(fā)路段提出了綜合治理措施。
[Abstract]:During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, rural highways in Shaanxi Province underwent large-scale construction and road surface reconstruction. The mileage of rural highway construction increased rapidly, the road surface quality was continuously improved, and the transportation conditions were continuously improved. Greatly promoted the new countryside construction and the rural urbanization process. With the improvement of road surface quality in rural areas, the investment in rural road security projects in Shaanxi Province is increasing year by year. However, due to the wide range of rural roads, the projects are scattered, the regional differences are huge, and the investment influences the investment. The lack of rural road security engineering is serious, and some of the security engineering structures have been set up, which has brought some security risks to the broad masses of farmers. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore and study the rural highway safety guarantee project in Shaanxi Province. In order to solve the problem of the shortage of rural highway security facilities in Shaanxi Province, through the overall analysis of the current situation of rural roads in Shaanxi Province and the systematic study of the causes of rural road traffic safety accidents, this paper starts from the comprehensive and systematic perspective. According to the principle of "adapting measures to local conditions and being economical and applicable", this paper analyzes in detail the selection, location and structure size of rural highway safety facilities in order to improve the integrity and safety of rural highway infrastructure. At the same time, the comprehensive treatment measures are put forward for the road sections with many accidents, such as sharp bend, steep slope, intersections, cross villages and towns.
