隔絕式壓縮氧長時(shí)自救器的設(shè)計(jì)及試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:基于煤礦災(zāi)害事故后井下遇險(xiǎn)人員"先逃生、后避險(xiǎn)"的理念,解決現(xiàn)有自救器有效防護(hù)時(shí)間不夠長,遇險(xiǎn)人員一次佩戴使用時(shí)逃生路程短,難以逃離災(zāi)區(qū)的問題,研制了一種隔絕式壓縮氧長時(shí)自救器,該自救器防護(hù)時(shí)間為120 min、質(zhì)量4.5 kg,具有定量供氧、手動補(bǔ)給供氧及自動補(bǔ)給供氧3種供氧方式。利用仿人呼吸試驗(yàn)平臺,對該自救器在120 min內(nèi)氧氣濃度、二氧化碳濃度及吸氣溫度3個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明:該壓縮氧長時(shí)自救器在防護(hù)時(shí)間內(nèi),氧氣體積分?jǐn)?shù)不低于25%,二氧化碳體積分?jǐn)?shù)不大于2%,吸氣溫度不大于50℃,3項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足隔絕式壓縮氧氣自救器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
[Abstract]:Based on the concept of "escape first, then avoid danger" after a coal mine disaster accident, the problem that the existing self-rescue device has not been effectively protected for long enough and that the distress person has a short escape distance when wearing it at a time is difficult to escape from the disaster area. An isolated compressed oxygen long time self-rescuer has been developed. The protective time of the device is 120 min, and 4.5 kg,. It has three ways of supplying oxygen quantitatively, manually recharging oxygen and supplying oxygen automatically. Three key technical parameters, oxygen concentration, carbon dioxide concentration and inspiratory temperature, were tested on a humanoid breathing test platform within 120 min. The results show that the self-rescuer is in the protective time for long time of compressed oxygen. The volume fraction of oxygen is not lower than 25, the volume fraction of carbon dioxide is not more than 2 and the inspiratory temperature is less than 50 鈩,
