低瓦斯涌出量礦井瓦斯爆炸原因分析及防控對策

【摘要】:針對當(dāng)前低瓦斯涌出量礦井瓦斯爆炸事故多發(fā)的實(shí)際情況,為進(jìn)一步總結(jié)該類礦井瓦斯爆炸的原因和教訓(xùn),以云南省紅土田煤礦"4.21"重大瓦斯爆炸事故為例進(jìn)行了分析,指出違法違規(guī)開采、瓦斯異常涌出、通風(fēng)瓦斯管理混亂是造成低瓦斯涌出量礦井發(fā)生瓦斯爆炸事故的三大原因,并據(jù)此提出了打擊違法違規(guī)生產(chǎn)、加強(qiáng)瓦斯異常監(jiān)控、嚴(yán)格通風(fēng)瓦斯管理三個(gè)方面的防控對策。
[Abstract]:In view of the actual situation of frequent gas explosion accidents in low gas emission mine at present, in order to further summarize the causes and lessons of gas explosion in this kind of mine, this paper takes the "4.21" major gas explosion accident in Hongtutian Coal Mine of Yunnan Province as an example. It is pointed out that illegal and illegal mining, abnormal gas emission and chaotic ventilation gas management are the three main causes of gas explosion accidents in low gas emission mines. Based on this, it is proposed to crack down on illegal and illegal production and to strengthen abnormal monitoring of gas. Strict ventilation gas management in three aspects of prevention and control countermeasures.
