【摘要】：針對(duì)近年來(lái)低倍數(shù)泡沫滅火系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)行及設(shè)計(jì)中暴露出來(lái)的問(wèn)題,從泡沫液的選擇、泡沫產(chǎn)生器及泡沫比例混合裝置等系統(tǒng)組件的選擇、系統(tǒng)對(duì)各類(lèi)特殊液體儲(chǔ)罐的適用性、浮頂儲(chǔ)罐泡沫供給方式等方面,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析和討論,并提出可行性建議,包括立式儲(chǔ)罐低倍數(shù)泡沫滅火系統(tǒng)應(yīng)采用鋼制立式泡沫產(chǎn)生器,低沸點(diǎn)液體儲(chǔ)罐應(yīng)采用七氟丙烷泡沫系統(tǒng);高溫儲(chǔ)罐不宜采用泡沫滅火系統(tǒng)等。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems exposed in the operation and design of low multiple foam extinguishing system in recent years, the selection of foam liquid, the selection of system components such as foam generator and foam proportion mixing device, and the applicability of the system to various special liquid storage tanks are discussed. This paper analyzes and discusses the system of foam supply mode of floating roof tank, and puts forward some feasible suggestions, including that steel vertical foam generator should be used in the low multiple foam fire extinguishing system of vertical storage tank. The sevofluoropropane foam system should be used in low boiling point liquid storage tanks; Foam fire extinguishing system is not suitable for high temperature storage tanks.
