露天煤堆內(nèi)部升溫與水分蒸發(fā)階段特征的模擬研究

【摘要】:為了研究露天煤堆堆放時(shí)內(nèi)部水分含量的動(dòng)態(tài)變化特征,建立了含水煤堆自燃升溫模型,利用數(shù)值模擬研究了煤堆在堆放30d內(nèi)溫度和水分含量的變化過程,結(jié)果表明:煤堆自迎風(fēng)面開始向背風(fēng)面依次形成散熱帶、升溫帶和窒息帶,含水煤堆自燃溫度上升過程依次分為Ⅰ升溫,Ⅱ緩慢升溫,Ⅲ快速升溫。而煤堆內(nèi)水分含量的變化也依次分為Ⅰ緩慢蒸發(fā),Ⅱ快速蒸發(fā)和Ⅲ蒸干三個(gè)階段。依據(jù)結(jié)論對(duì)煤堆內(nèi)部水分含量的動(dòng)態(tài)過程展開進(jìn)一步研究,有助于將濕潤煤體自燃特征規(guī)律的實(shí)驗(yàn)成果應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)場實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:In order to study the dynamic change characteristics of internal water content in open-pit coal pile, a model of spontaneous combustion temperature rise of water-bearing coal pile was established, and the variation process of temperature and moisture content of coal pile within 30 days was studied by numerical simulation.
