六西格瑪管理在安全生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:The current safety management system mainly includes HSE management system and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system. Rely on accident rate statistics, accident investigation, accident handling and other methods to carry out safety management. When dealing with accidents, GB6442-86 rules of investigation and Analysis of casualties among Workers and staff members are the main ones. In the analysis of accidents, the emphasis is to find out the direct and indirect causes, and then to improve the control. There are some defects in these methods, even if the control of hidden trouble is strengthened, it still can not solve the problem. Although scholars from all over the world have carried out extensive research on safety management and put forward different management concepts and technical methods, they cannot do safety work at all. The occurrence of accidents is accidental, and simply controlling the hidden dangers of accidents can not prevent accidents effectively. Therefore, how to effectively improve the level of safety management and ensure the normal production of enterprises has become an important research topic. The main advantages of six Sigma management are to focus on customer needs, to clearly improve the goals, and to break them down to find out the key causes of defects. Reduce product defects by improving key causes within acceptable limits. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the current research situation of six Sigma management at home and abroad as well as the present situation of safety production in our country and the shortcomings in safety production, this paper combines the concept and model of six Sigma management method. The application of six Sigma in production safety management is studied in depth. Finally, through the implementation of six Sigma management project in a mechanical processing enterprise, the improved control model of applying six sigma management to safety management is proved to be effective.
