【摘要】：介紹一起散貨船亡人火災(zāi)的調(diào)查處理,結(jié)合證人證言、監(jiān)控視頻和現(xiàn)場勘驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的煙熏、變形、變色、熔化、龜裂等多種痕跡物證,運(yùn)用分析、推理、檢測等方法,認(rèn)定了起火原因,并從加強(qiáng)消防安全管理、加強(qiáng)電氣線路檢修維護(hù)等方面對船舶火災(zāi)事故的處理和防范提出建議。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the investigation and treatment of the fire of a dead person of a bulk carrier, combined with witness testimony, surveillance video and the evidence of smoke, deformation, discoloration, melting, cracking and other trace evidence found in the scene investigation, and applies the methods of analysis, reasoning, detection, etc. The causes of the fire were identified and suggestions were put forward for the treatment and prevention of ship fire accidents from the aspects of strengthening fire safety management and strengthening the maintenance of electrical lines.
